Customer Service Officer – Smithfield

• $35-$40 per hour casual rate
• Monday to Friday
• 3 to 6 month project
• Smithfield Location

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with order processing & product support experience to join a large FMCG for 3-6 months. This is a great opportunity for a CSO who is looking to be part of a professional team. This role is to start ASAP.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:

• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Order entry and processing
• Use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Product support and enquiries
• Outward bound product promotion calls
• Customer support and issue resolution
• Coordinating and booking outward bound deliveries
• Professionally representing the business, being “face of the business”
• Provide assistance and support to Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams
• Process Credit Card payments
• Process Credit Applications, maintain Customer Master Files
• Load and maintain Special Pricing Forms
• Open and backorder maintenance

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years Customer Service experience
• A strong understanding of Customer Service principles
• Be self-motivated, quick learner, with a can do attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Administrative and organisational skills
• Polite and professional manner
• Attention to detail
• SAP Business One (B1) experience (preferred)
• WMS experience required
• Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel
