Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

  • Safely and efficiently operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile quarried materials.
  • Operate dump trucks to transport materials around the site as directed.
  • Conduct daily pre-start checks, inspections and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Load trucks and feed processing equipment with material, ensuring production flows smoothly.

Production & Site Duties

  • Assist with excavation, material handling, excavation loading, and other quarry tasks.
  • Support the team in meeting production targets and quality standards.
  • Follow site procedures and safety policies at all times.

Safety & Cleanliness

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, reporting hazards or issues promptly.
  • Report any faults or mechanical issues to supervisors.
  • Comply with all workplace health, safety and environmental requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating front-end loaders and dump trucks in a quarry, mining, construction or similar environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of quarry operations and materials handling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting targets and quality expectations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety & regulatory compliance.
  • Relevant operator tickets/licences (e.g., Heavy Rigid (HR) or plant licences for loaders and dump trucks) are highly desirable.

The Warehouse Administration Officer (Inbound), will be responsible for the daily transport of inward goods of a large warehousing business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a previous role, be flexible with hours and demonstrate a firm understanding of receipting inward good and data entry.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Taking booking/timeslot for Inbound deliveries
  • Data Entry into our SDSR
  • Learning our Systems i.e. JDE and Manhattan (SCALE)
  • Checking Invoices against supplied and receipted lines
  • Raising Supplier claims on Shortages, Damaged Goods in Transit, Short Dating, Over Supplied, etc.
  • Attention to detail with advanced Accounting knowledge on Item Ledger on matching transactions
  • Answering Accounts Emails on Invoice queries and action in a timely manner
  • Working on short deliveries and notify Suppliers on variances
  • Both systems should tally upon cross-checking and if needed raise ticket with Supply Chain.
  • Helping Receivers on PO issues and liaising with Buyer’s on further perusal
  • Updating IBT Reconciliations Reports daily
  • Priority orders upon deliveries especially on back orders
  • Including all Inbound/Receiving tasks.
  • Adhere all OHS requirements within the business

Qualifications/Skills:

To be successful:

Key Responsibilities

  • Cut, trim, portion, and prepare raw meat products according to production specifications.
  • Operate knives and cutting equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ensure products meet quality and weight requirements.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
