Warehouse Administration Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to support the daily operational needs of a large distribution company in Kewdale. The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment and a working knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.

  • Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm (open to part time 9.00am-2.30pm)
  • $37.13 per hour inclusive of casual loading
  • Free on site parking – must have own transport
  • Chep pallet and 2IC experience preferred but not essential
  • Dynamic and energetic working environment

What your day can look like:

  • Collecting information from customers and clients
  • Entering data into the central database
  • Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
  • Pallet management and co-ordination
  • Retrieving data as requested
  • Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
  • Generating periodic reports
  • Evaluating and approving Purchase Orders (PO)s
  • Indexing and filing invoices

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

  • Prior Chep Pallet experience
  • Have access to own transport
  • Ability to effectively apply data entry practices and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Be a proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic

FORKLIFT OPERATOR – LINEHAUL EXPERIENCE

Location: Moorebank

Shifts & Pay:
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM: $35 per hour
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM: $40 per hour

Role Overview:
The Forklift Operator works in a freight depot handling goods for transport and distribution. Duties include loading, unloading, moving, and organising freight safely and efficiently within the warehouse or transport yard.

Key Duties:
Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks and trailers, move and stack pallets, and stage freight in the warehouse. Prepare outgoing freight by wrapping, labeling, and securing loads. Check incoming goods for damage or discrepancies, use scanning systems to track shipments, perform daily forklift safety checks, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and communicate with drivers and warehouse staff to coordinate freight movement.

Requirements:
Valid Australian LF Forklift Licence, previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred, ability to handle palletised or oversized freight, strong safety awareness, teamwork skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced depot environment.

LO/LF OPERATORS – MINTO LOCATION

DAY SHIFT

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate LO order picker and LF high-reach forklift to move stock in racking locations.
  • Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
  • Load and unload trucks and move pallets within the warehouse.
  • Perform receiving, putaway, and dispatch tasks.
  • Check, count, and verify inventory for accuracy.
  • Maintain safe and clean work areas and follow warehouse procedures.
  • Assist with cycle counts and stocktakes when required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Valid LO (Order Picker) licence and/or LF forklift licence
  • Experience operating high-reach forklifts
  • Experience with RF scanning and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Previous warehouse or 3PL distribution centre experience
  • Ability to lift up to around 20 kg and work in a fast-paced environment

Container Unloaders- Hoxton Park

About the role:

As a container unloader your duties will include HEAVY LIFTING unloading boxes of various products out of containers and stacking/palletising those products on pallets and wrapping pallets with plastic wrap. This role is labour intensive and will require you to stand on your feet for the whole duration of your shift and lift between 5kg to 25kg.

This position will be ongoing Monday – Friday.

Shift:

  • 5am to 1pm
  • 6am to 2pm

Location:

  • Hoxton Park

Requirements:

  • Available Monday – Friday 38hrs MINIMUM a week
  • Be able to lift 15kg to 25kg HEAVY LIFT
  • Be reliable and punctual to ALL rostered shifts
  • Experience in container unloading is highly advantageous
  • Experience in a labouring role or similar is highly advantageous
  • Reliable transportation is a MUST as there is limited public transport to all sites

plastic manufacturing company in Pemulwuy seeking reliable, experienced Machine Operators and candidates with Leading Hand experience to join our production team.

This is a hands-on factory role focused on operating and monitoring high-speed plastic manufacturing equipment in a busy, modern production environment. The site operates across three separate shifts:

  • Day: 7am – 3pm
  • Afternoon: 3pm – 11pm
  • Night: 11pm – 7am

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor plastic blow moulding machines and related production equipment
  • Perform quality checks, make machine adjustments, and carry out basic troubleshooting
  • Operate automated packaging machines and ensure efficient end-of-line processes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
  • For Leading Hand candidates: Lead and support a small team of operators, coordinate shift tasks, train new staff, and help achieve production and safety targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
  • Plastic blow moulding experience is highly ideal (e.g., extrusion blow moulding, injection stretch blow moulding)
  • Experience with automated packaging machines (e.g., case packers, palletisers, shrink wrappers) is a strong advantage
  • Leading Hand / supervisory experience is highly regarded for those applying at that level
  • Mechanical aptitude, good problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent shift work
  • Physically capable of manual handling and standing for long periods
  • Strong safety focus and ability to follow procedures
  • Australian work rights and willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening (if required)
  • Forklift licence or other relevant tickets advantageous but not essential
