We are currently seeking an experienced Service Centre Assistant (Power tools) to support the operational needs of a large tool manufacturer.
The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment and a working knowledge of product servicing and customer support. You will need to effectively apply these skills and demonstrate a firm understanding of process and procedure with warranty and damage claims.
Primary Roles and Responsibility
- Prompt contact and communication to customers of the FSC regarding repair status.
- Ensure prompt service for counter inquiries and/ or repairs.

- Advising Service Centre Supervisor of potential stock issues and shortages
