We are currently seeking a recruitment Resourcer to work within our Labourpower Derrimut office. This role is available for an immediate start.

About the role:

As the Accounts Administrator you will be offered the opportunity of working within and supporting our existing team of Account Managers and clients. You will be sourcing blue collar staff primarily within the warehouse and manufacturing fields whilst also being the back office guru!

You will learn:

  • How to write & post ad’s
  • Screen candidates
  • Interview candidates
  • Utilise the database & systems
  • Compliance
  • Rostering
  • Confirm and fill requirements

This role will not require you to do any sales and will focus on your supporting the team and existing client base.

To be successful you will need:

  • Good communication (verbal & written) skills
  • Solid intermediate computer skills across Microsoft packages
  • Outgoing and friendly personality

Are you a driven recruiter who loves the buzz of placing great people into great jobs? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Blue-Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment process across the industrial and logistics sectors – from sourcing reliable candidates to building long-term partnerships with clients. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and success comes from energy, initiative, and genuine relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage temporary, contract, and permanent blue-collar staff

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and production

  • Build strong client relationships and provide responsive service

  • Coordinate rosters, fill bookings, and manage daily workforce requirements

  • Maintain compliance, documentation, and WHS standards

  • Work closely with the operations team to deliver results under pressure

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment (agency preferred but not essential)

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment

  • High attention to detail and solid admin capability

  • Reliable, energetic, and results-focused attitude

  • A car and driver’s licence (you’ll occasionally visit client sites)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Posting job advertisements across multiple platforms, sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles
  • Conducting interviews and reference checks
  • Managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with recruitment campaigns and building talent pipelines
  • Preparing reports and providing administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Supporting compliance and onboarding documentation for new hires
  • General office and administrative duties
  • Understand client requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Respond to payroll or job-related queries promptly
  • Ensure all candidate and job records are accurate and up to date

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in recruitment-ideally within the blue-collar or industrial space
  • A proactive, energetic, and professional approach
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • A strong understanding of compliance, WHS, and process adherence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Previous experience in team coordination or performance management is a bonus
