Experienced Food Process Workers

Labourpower Recruitment Services is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Food Process Workers with hands-on experience in food manufacturing environments. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality food production.

Location – Central Mangrove

Roster structure – all staff must work a rotating roster consisting of 3x 12hour shift per week of both day and night shift.

Month 1
Monday – Wednesday 7am-7pm 4 DAY BREAK ( repeat) Monday -Wednesday 7am-7pm 4 DAY BREAK, Monday-Wednesday 7pm-7am 4 DAY BREAK ( repeat ) Monday -Wednesday 7pm-7am 8 DAY BREAK entering into month 2

Month 2 same shifts except working the end of the weeks Thurs- Sat – Please note when working Saturday shift the entire shift is at OT rates and Sunday night from 7pm- Midnight is DT.$$$$

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring food processing machinery
• Preparing, mixing, cooking, or packaging food products to specification
• Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance)
• Conducting quality checks and recording production data
• Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas
• Following workplace health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in food processing or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• MUST be available to work both DAY and NIGHT shifts
