What You’ll Be Doing

  • Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates across blue-collar roles
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefing through to placement
  • Build and maintain a talent pool
  • Place ad placements across various platforms

Labourpower are currently seeking an experienced Digital Print Operator for a full-time permanent opportunity based in Truganina. This role is based within a steel manufacturing and processing facility, operating industrial digital printing equipment used for printing directly onto steel products.

This position will suit candidates from industrial manufacturing, steel processing, sheet metal, fabrication, machine operating, or production backgrounds who have experience working with machinery, production equipment, and quality-focused manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Set up, operate, and monitor industrial digital printing machinery used within steel manufacturing operations
* Load steel materials, inks, and consumables in line with production requirements
* Monitor print quality, alignment, consistency, and machine performance throughout production runs
* Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot operational issues as required
* Complete production reporting including downtime, output, and waste tracking
* Perform scheduled cleaning, preventative maintenance, and equipment checks
* Identify faults and escalate technical or maintenance issues when required
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe manufacturing environment

About You

* Previous experience operating industrial machinery, production equipment, or digital printing equipment
* Background within steel manufacturing, metal fabrication, sheet metal, industrial production, or similar environments highly regarded
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
* Comfortable working with production software, touchscreen controls, and manufacturing processes
* High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality standards
* Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or within a team
* Forklift licence advantageous but not essential

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator who can provide support to the daily operations of a large manufacturing business based in Minto. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and demonstrate an ability to be flexible while completing adhoc duties supporting the supply chain team. This is a temp to perm opportunity and will n eed someone looking to start on short notice.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:

  • Materials & inventory ordering and logistics for Minto site. This includes placing of orders, scheduling deliveries, follow-up on queries and payment issues.
  • Third party Outsourcing & Procurement
  • Reconcile stock location on a fortnightly bases and stocktake twice per year.
  • Generate and update production tracker and issue sheets to suppliers to monitor weekly production levels.
  • Establish the relevant SAP master data criteria for parts and supplier relationship.
  • Supplier management, including raising PO’s, reconciling RM variances and stocktakes.
  • Monitor and organise the supply/resupply of raw materials, packaging and finished good dispatch.
  • Manage the day-to-day queries with the suppliers. Minto production planning and scheduling support
  • Assist schedule production orders across manufacturing machines when required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and at least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • High level of knowledge with all MS Office programs including Word & Excel, and SAP experience a plus
  • Highly organised

  • Excellent communication & team work skills

The Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • QLD Import Operations (LCL and AIR, with eventual cross-training in other departments), coordinating end-to-end solutions for Key Customers (including bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, job invoicing).
  • Liaising with Customers, Carriers, Service Providers, and Overseas Partners.
  • Ensuring ongoing Customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with customers and service providers.
  • Monitoring key operational activities to ensure efficient completion of import duties.
  • Identifying and implementing changes to support continual improvement, business growth and the development of best practice SOP.

Your Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding import operations
  • Relationship-building skills and strong communication abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is highly regarded

HVAC Service Technician – Full time – Sydney Based

We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Service Technician to join our Engineered Services team. This is a permanent ongoing role based in Sydney, with regular travel to customer sites across the Greater Sydney region and occasional travel to the Central Coast.

What you’ll be doing

  • Unload, stage and install cooling towers on customer sites in accordance with specifications and Australian standards.
  • Commission, test and hand over equipment, completing all Inspection & Test Plans in real time.
  • Perform scheduled servicing, inspections, fault diagnosis and repairs on customer sites.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers while representing the company professionally.
  • Support workshop assembly, fabrication and testing at our Central Coast facility when required.
  • Maintain accurate service reports, documentation and monthly reporting.

  • Willingness to travel to the Central Coast occasionally as required.
