Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Scanning of time sheets/invoices
- Vehicle relocation from various site in Newcastle
- Picking up supplies
- Ordering supplies
- Assisting supervisors who will coordinate jobs on the day
- Booking training
- Updating skills training matrix
Essential for this position:
- Sound computer skills, Microsoft package, Google
- Can work independently once trained and within a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skill
- Current drivers lic and vehicle
