About the Role:
Day Shift: 6am-2pm
Core Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in pick and pack, order processing, or warehouse operations
- Competent using WMS systems (cloud-based preferred) and handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy in order fulfilment
- Ability to follow pick slips, batch orders, and SOPs with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with goods receiving, dispatch preparation, and basic inventory control
- Forklift licence with Reach Truck experience (Crown preferred)
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable handling repetitive manual tasks at a consistent pace
- Capable of safely lifting up to 15-25 kg when required

- Previous experience in 3PL, e-commerce fulfilment.
- RF scanning proficiency
- Basic problem-solving skills for stock discrepancies or order issues
