My client is an Australian Transport & Logistics company with a growing presence across the country. Due to an expanding portfolio of clients they are looking to add an Administration Assistant to the team in West Melbourne Dock Facility. This is a temp to perm opportunity for someone with a positive attitude & a team player.
Reporting to the Admin Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Monday to Friday – 7am to 3pm
- Serving Drivers face to face
- Data Entry
- General Office Duties
- Scanning
- Emailing
- IF you have any Import or Export Experience this will be highly regarded
- Experience with Maximas / EDI desirable
- You must have your own transportation
You will have 1-2 years in a similar role, ideally in transport & logistics. You will be well organised and able to multi-task, and have a cheery nature with a flair for communication. You must be well versed both written and speaking in English. They are very much a team environment and FULL TRAINING will be provided
