Site Supervisor

Our client who is a Precast concrete Manufacturer located throughout Australia. Having recently won a contract, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/ Project Co-Ordinator to manage a small team and the project which is based in Wingfield, South Australia. This project is scheduled to run for 2 years, commencing in July 2026.

The Role:

  • Day to day management of the operation and project
  • Managing a team of up to 6 labourers
  • “On the tools” as required
  • Ensure production deadlines are met
  • Ordering materials and liaising with material & product providers to ensure time lines are met
  • Ensuring a high level of work output
  • Ensuring a high level of quality of products
  • Ensuring your team are working in a safe manner and adhering to site safety rules and standards
  • Liaising with management, data management, reporting back to the Directors

Essential Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of workplace hazards, risk management, and safety procedures.
  • Construction Industry White Card.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
  • Current National Police Clearance.
  • A qualification in either Project Management, Construction Management or concrete Manufacturing Management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote site environment.

This contact will go for a minimum of 2 years with the potential to be extended if successful with additional tenders.

Precast Concrete Labourer

Precast Concrete Labourers | Casual | Wingfield

We are seeking 6 reliable and physically fit Precast Concrete Labourers for casual on-going assignment with leading precast manufacturers. These roles are best suited to candidates who are dependable, safety-focused and comfortable working in physically demanding industrial environments.

About the Role

  • Assisting with the manufacture and production of precast concrete products
    * Preparing moulds and formwork for concrete pours
    * Stripping moulds and demoulding finished concrete products
    * Finishing, patching and quality checking concrete products
    * Operating hand and power tools safely
    * General factory housekeeping and labouring duties
    * Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

This is a hands-on role requiring repetitive lifting, manual handling and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift Times

Monday – Friday – times to be confirmed later

Pay Rate

$32 – $33 per hour + Super (dependent on experience, skills and assignment)

To Be Considered You Must Have

  • Previous experience in precast concrete, concrete manufacturing, construction labouring or a similar heavy industrial environment
    * Ability to safely perform repetitive manual handling and lift up to 25kg
    * Experience using hand and power tools
    * Strong work ethic and reliability (consistent attendance is essential)
    * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment
    * Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
    * Availability for Monday – Friday day shifts, with potential overtime opportunities
    * Reliable transport
    * Willingness to complete Drug & Alcohol screening, Reference and Criminal History checks

Forklift (LF) is advantageous but not essential.

    Forklift Driver

    LABOURPOWER is calling all Confident Forklift Operators for casual employment based in Wingfield SA.

    To be suitable you:

    • Must hold a valid LF licence
    • Must have experience operating forklift
    • Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
    • Will need to have the physical stamina to perform repetitive manual handling duties as all forklift positions have a manual handling aspect to the roles.
    • Willing to work in cold storage environment
