Labourpower is currently recruiting for experienced High Reach Forklift driver to join inventory team for a National Food Manufacturing plant in Taren Point. This role will primarily focus on high reach forklift operation and managing inventory control in a fast-paced environment. This is an ongoing role with immediate start.
Standard Shifts
Occasional flexibility will be required for morning, afternoon, or night shifts depending on business needs.
To be successful for this role you will need:
- Proven experience operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Inventory control and stock management experience
- Experience in food manufacturing is desirable but not essential
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- Full working rights and availability
Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Safe operation of high reach forklifts
- Receiving, storing, and picking stock accurately
- Performing inventory control and stock accurately
- Packing and moving finished product for dispatch
- General housekeeping duties in the warehouse
- Reporting any machine faults or inventory discrepancies
- Supporting the production team as required

AFTERNOON SHIFT: 14.30pm-22.30pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday OT (must have flexibility with start times)
Successful applicants will have/be;
- Current LF Licence
- Experienced with High Reach forklifts.
- RF scanning, inventory and despatch experience
- Experience with Food Distribution
- Excellent Numeracy and Literacy skills
- Great attention to detail

- Willing to undertake manual handling
- Willing to undertake drug and alcohol screen

Labourpower is currently seeking 25 x FOOD PRODUCTION STAFF to work in a Food Manufacturing plant in Taren Point. These roles will mainly be focused around packing baked products into cartons. These roles will be ongoing and starting in the new year.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS
- DAY – 7:30am-3:30pm
- AFTERNOON – 3:30pm-11:30pm
To be successful for this role you will need;
- Previous experience as a packer or experience working in a fast-paced physical environment
- Food manufacturing experience is desired but not necessary
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
- Teamwork skills as well as ability to work autonomously
- Reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills
- Be available to start immediately
- Have FULL WORKING RIGHTS and AVAILABILITY
Your duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Fast-paced packaging and labelling
- Packing finished products accurately into boxes
- Be able to perform general production paperwork and quality checks when required
- Be responsible for quality
- General housekeeping duties
- Monitoring manufacturing machines to ensure they are running smoothly and reporting any faults
