About the Role: We are looking for skilled Highreach and/or Counter Balance Forklift Drivers to work in a dynamic warehouse environments. You will operate forklifts, perform manual handling, picking, RF scanning, voice picking, and other warehouse duties. The role requires working in a fast-paced yet safety-focused setting.
To be successful, you must:

Hold a valid LF forklift ticket

Have proven experience and confidence operating forklifts (1 year exp required)

Possess warehouse experience, including manual handling, picking, RF scanning, and voice picking

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritising safety

Be available for day shifts ( Monday to Friday)

Be physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks as required

Be able to start immediately

Be able to pass a police check and drug and alcohol test prior to employment

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment process across the industrial and logistics sectors – from sourcing reliable candidates to building long-term partnerships with clients. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and success comes from energy, initiative, and genuine relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit and manage temporary, contract, and permanent blue-collar staff

Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and production

Build strong client relationships and provide responsive service

Coordinate rosters, fill bookings, and manage daily workforce requirements

Maintain compliance, documentation, and WHS standards

Work closely with the operations team to deliver results under pressure
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment (agency preferred but not essential)

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment

High attention to detail and solid admin capability

Reliable, energetic, and results-focused attitude

A car and driver’s licence (you’ll occasionally visit client sites)
