Labourpower is currently seeking reliable and experienced Delivery Drivers for opportunities based at a Netley depot.
This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent Monday-to-Friday work, solid hours and ongoing opportunities within the transport and logistics industry.
The Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for completing daily delivery runs while providing professional and reliable service to customers.
What you can expect:
- Monday to Friday work
- Start times between 7:00am and 8:00am
- Approximately 10-hour shifts
- Some days may involve earlier finishes, depending on the run and workload
- Based from the Netley depot
- Local delivery work
- Loading/unloading and handling freight as required
- Completing deliveries safely and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and following site procedures
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you will need:
- A current C Class Driver’s Licence as a minimum
- MR or HR Licence highly regarded
- Previous delivery, courier, transport or multi-drop driving experience highly regarded
- A safe and reliable driving history
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a delivery run
- Physically capable of completing the requirements of the role
- Excellent reliability and attendance
Mandatory Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful applicants must be able to provide and complete the following:
- Current Driver History Record
- Current National Police Check (NPC)
- Pass a Drug & Alcohol Screening
- Pass a Pre-Employment Medical
