We are currently recruiting EXPERIENCED operators and tradespeople for multiple roles across the plastics manufacturing sector in West and Southwest Sydney.
We have a mix of full-time permanent and casual positions available for candidates with hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing environments.
Roles We Are Recruiting For:
1. Maintenance Fitters / Machine Fitters (Permanent)
- Dayshift rates from $55+ per hour (higher with penalty rates and shift loadings)
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial machinery in plastics or FMCG manufacturing
- Mechanical aptitude, fault finding, and preventive maintenance
2. Industrial Electricians (Permanent)
- Dayshift rates from $60+ per hour (higher with penalty rates and shift loadings)
- Must have experience working in FMCG or industrial manufacturing settings
- Fault finding, control systems, motors, VSDs, and plant electrical maintenance
3. Blow Moulders / Die Setters / Process Technicians
- Casual and permanent opportunities available
- Hands-on experience with blow moulding or injection moulding machines
- Die setting, mould changes, process adjustments and troubleshooting
4. Machine Operators / Production Technicians
- Various casual roles available
- Experience operating plastics manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Large Format Printer / Print Operator for a temp-to-perm role in Minto.
This is a hands-on production role operating large format printing equipment, printing onto laminate materials. The right person will have previous experience in a similar industrial or commercial print environment (e.g. offset, flexo, or large format printing).
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate and monitor large format printing equipment during production runs
- Load substrates, inks/consumables and prepare laminate materials
- Monitor print quality, registration, colour consistency and output
- Make in-process adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Complete daily production reports (run times, output, waste, downtime)
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the press
- Identify faults and escalate issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
About You:
- Previous experience operating large format, offset, or similar industrial printing equipment
- Experience printing onto laminate or similar substrates (highly regarded)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow operating procedures
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
- Reliable, safety-focused and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable with production reporting and shift-based work

Supervisor-Warehouse / Logistics
Location: Minto, New South Wales, Australia
Role Purpose:
Lead warehouse staff to ensure goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting daily productivity and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise team: Assign tasks, monitor performance, train staff, and run shift briefings.

Manage operations: Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure orders are accurate and on time.

Safety: Ensure compliance with WHS policies, conduct safety checks, and promote a safe work environment.

Performance: Monitor KPIs (pick rates, accuracy, dispatch times) and support process improvements.

Communication: Coordinate with supervisors, inventory, and transport teams; escalate issues when needed.

Systems: Use WMS and RF scanners, track workflow, and maintain accurate reporting.
Skills & Experience:
