LO ORDER PICKER

Day shift: 6am-2pm Rate: $39

Afternoon shift: 12pm-8pm or 2pm-10pm Rate: $44

Main duties include:

  • Operating an LO (Order Picker) forklift and sometimes LF/high-reach forklifts
  • Picking and packing vehicle parts using RF scanners
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Receiving, checking, and counting stock
  • Moving inventory safely within the warehouse
  • Managing stock levels and warehouse records
  • General warehouse and distribution tasks

Requirements:

  • Valid LO licence
  • LF forklift licence
  • High-reach forklift experience
  • RF scanning experience
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg
  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Full Australian working rights

Ability to pass:

  • Police check
  • Medical assessment
  • Drug & Alcohol test

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator who can provide support to the daily operations of a large manufacturing business based in Minto. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and demonstrate an ability to be flexible while completing adhoc duties supporting the supply chain team. This is a temp to perm opportunity and will n eed someone looking to start on short notice.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:

  • Materials & inventory ordering and logistics for Minto site. This includes placing of orders, scheduling deliveries, follow-up on queries and payment issues.
  • Third party Outsourcing & Procurement
  • Reconcile stock location on a fortnightly bases and stocktake twice per year.
  • Generate and update production tracker and issue sheets to suppliers to monitor weekly production levels.
  • Establish the relevant SAP master data criteria for parts and supplier relationship.
  • Supplier management, including raising PO’s, reconciling RM variances and stocktakes.
  • Monitor and organise the supply/resupply of raw materials, packaging and finished good dispatch.
  • Manage the day-to-day queries with the suppliers. Minto production planning and scheduling support
  • Assist schedule production orders across manufacturing machines when required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and at least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • High level of knowledge with all MS Office programs including Word & Excel, and SAP experience a plus

Experienced Machine Fitters Required – Perm Roles $55 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Machine Fitter / Mechanical Fitter to join a skilled maintenance team within a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance of fixed plant and mechanical equipment, ensuring plant reliability, safety, and uptime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preventative and breakdown maintenance on mechanical plant and machinery
  • Mechanical fault finding and repairs
  • Maintenance of conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Safe isolation of equipment using Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) procedures
  • Working in accordance with WHS policies and site procedures
  • Accurate maintenance reporting and effective communication with operations teams

Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • Recognised Australian Mechanical Trade Certificate (Cert III Mechanical, Engineering Mechanical Trade, or equivalent)
  • Completed mechanical apprenticeship
  • Proven experience as a Machine Fitter in manufacturing, industrial, or fixed plant environments
  • Strong mechanical fault finding and preventative maintenance skills
  • Current White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Current Australian driver’s licence
  • Own reliable transport
  • Ability to pass:
    • Police check
    • Pre employment medical
    • Drug and alcohol testing (including random testing)

Highly Desirable (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in plastic manufacturing environments, including blow moulding, injection moulding, extrusion, or similar machinery
  • Experience working with automated or continuous production equipment
  • High Risk Work Licences (Forklift, EWP, Dogging, Rigging)
  • Experience in continuous or 24 7 operations

Supervisor-Warehouse / Logistics

Location: Minto, New South Wales, Australia

Role Purpose:
Lead warehouse staff to ensure goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting daily productivity and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team: Assign tasks, monitor performance, train staff, and run shift briefings.

  • Manage operations: Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure orders are accurate and on time.

  • Safety: Ensure compliance with WHS policies, conduct safety checks, and promote a safe work environment.

  • Performance: Monitor KPIs (pick rates, accuracy, dispatch times) and support process improvements.

  • Systems: Use WMS and RF scanners, track workflow, and maintain accurate reporting.

Skills & Experience:

  • Warehouse/logistics experience with team leadership or supervision

  • Knowledge of WMS and RF scanners

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to meet deadlines

  • Inventory control experience

Preferred:

  • Forklift licence (LF)

  • Experience in 3PL logistics

Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse, may involve shift work and physical activity.

My client is a specialty manufacturer in the packaging space, part of a large National organisation. This stable business services many household brands across the globe. Due to an upcoming retirement, they are looking to add a Production & Warehouse Supervisor to the team based in Minto. This is a temp to perm opportunity for someone with a positive and “hands on” attitude who wants to be part of a great team.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Efficient order generation through production and warehouse departments.
  • Ensuring quality of assembled components meets Company and Customer expectations.
  • Ensuring personnel are trained and multi skilled to a level of competency.
  • Accurately recording and maintaining production and warehouse output.
  • Ensuring equipment is safe and fit for the process.
  • Performing minor maintenance, machine and tooling changes as required.
  • Ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Focusing on reduction and identifying productivity improvements.
  • Coordinating movements of incoming and outgoing shipment for the warehouse
  • Ensuring efficient and effective storage of inventory.
  • Organising, preparation and conducting stock take.

You will ideally have 3-5 years experience in a similar role in production & warehousing. Other experience you need will include:

  • Current LF Forklift licence
  • SAP experience ideal
  • Staff supervision (this is managing a team of 3)
  • Hand On and flexible attitude. This is a stable business with a great culture
