Labourers / Process Workers – Multiple Roles Available
Location: South Western Sydney (Campbelltown, Minto, Ingleburn & surrounding areas)
Shifts Available: Morning (e.g., 6:00am – 2:00pm) | Afternoon (e.g., 2:00pm – 10:00pm)
Roster: Monday to Friday
Positions: Multiple ongoing roles with immediate starts
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Labourers and Process Workers to join various manufacturing and warehouse teams across South Western Sydney.
These roles involve general labouring duties such as packing, assembly, machine operation, picking/packing orders, and basic process work in fast-paced production environments. Previous experience in labouring, process work, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided for the right candidates.
About You:
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks
- Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Available for full-time ongoing work
All successful candidates must be able to:
- Pass a national police check
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Complete a basic pre-employment fitness assessment
