We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team at a busy plastic packaging manufacturing facility in Western/Southwest Sydney.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working onsite keeping high-speed production lines running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy fault finding, preventive maintenance, and working with real industrial machinery, this could be a great opportunity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Electrical maintenance, breakdown response, and preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Fault finding and repairs on motors, control panels, switchboards, VSDs, and automated systems
- Electrical isolation, testing, tagging & testing, and commissioning of plant machinery
- Working on blow moulding, injection moulding, extrusion lines and other plastic packaging equipment
- Troubleshooting control, instrumentation, and automation systems
- Helping maintain high plant uptime in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment
What we need from you:
- Current NSW Electrical Licence (or transferable interstate licence)
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrician)
- Current White Card
- Current CPR / LVR certification
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
- Own reliable transport + Australian driver’s licence
- Must be willing to undergo police check, pre-employment medical, and drug & alcohol testing (including random)
Highly Desirable:
- Hands-on experience in plastic packaging or plastic manufacturing (blow moulding, injection moulding, extrusion, etc.)
- Tag & Test experience
- Exposure to PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley), instrumentation, sensors, and calibration
- Experience working in continuous 24/7 operations

About the role:
We are seeking Meat Production Workers to join our team, handling raw pet food products such as chicken, beef, and pork. This role is ideal for individuals comfortable working with raw meat and strong enough to manage the associated odours.
To be successful:
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ONLY WEEKENDS
- Ability to follow instructions
- Reliability, strong work ethic, and physical fitness
- Comfortable lifting 10kg – 25kg repetitively
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Open to overtime when required
- Prior experience in process work or machine operation is desirable but not essential
- Reliable transport required
- Must be willing to undergo a medical fitness assessment
