Warehouse Administrator

  • Commencing immediately
  • Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm
  • $37.85 per hour inclusive of casual loading
  • Dandenong Location

Our client is seeking a dedicated, motivated Warehouse Administrator to support the day to operations of a busy distribution business. This is a casual role which has the potential to turn permanent after initial placement and training is complete. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience working within administrative or dispatch/receiving roles
  • Inbound transport experience
  • Proven experience with WMS programs and inventory control
  • Highly defined communication skills both written and verbal
  • High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive
  • Be reliable and dependable

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide quality administration support to the business
  • Responding to email enquiries and transcribing notes
  • Overseeing inbound transport processes
  • Previous experience in Freighting an advantage
  • Scheduling and booking maintenance
  • competent with spreadsheets and data analysis
  • Data entry
  • General clerical support duties
  • Accounts support

Required Skills/Qualification

  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience with WMS programs
  • Administration Experience
  • Previous experience in warehousing admin an advantage
  • Microsoft Office

High Reach Forklift Operator

Labourpower is currently seeking an experienced highreach forklift operator to join our warehouse team in Dandenong. As a forklift operator, tasks could include stock moves, replenishment duties, bulk picking, use of RF scanner, manual handling up to 25kgs, palletising, shrink wrapping finished pallets, order staging and general warehouse duties within a fast paced picking environment.

Successful applicants should have:

  • Previous experience operating high reach forklift
  • A valid LF forklift licence
  • Previous warehousing picking experience
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kgs
  • The confidence and ability to work unsupervised when needed
  • A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting all OH&S regulations
  • High Vis and steel capped safety shoes
  • Full work rights and be available Monday – Friday Day shift
  • The willingness to undergo a national police check
  • High attention to detail

On offer are day shifts Monday – Friday from 8am – 4pm with possible OT when required.
