Customer Service Officer – SAP

  • $39 per hour + super casual rate
  • Monday to Friday – flexible to start time
  • Casual role, offering full time hours, potential to lead to permanency

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with strong SAP experience, who can provide support to the daily operations of a large manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and demonstrate an ability to be flexible while working with key customers & accounts. This is a great opportunity for a CSO who is looking to be part of a professional team, and potentially looking at a long-term employment opportunity with the company. This role is to start ASAP.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:

  • Manage end-to-end customer service for key accounts
  • Support and collaboration to the Offshore Customer Service Team
  • Service outbound calls to customers, providing timely support and effective resolution of inquiries and issues
  • Process orders and related inquiries, including changes to ensure accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Manage post-sales service requests, including invoice inquiries, POD requests, and resolution of discrepancies
  • Update customer price lists, ensuring accurate loading of new/revised pricing into SAP
  • To co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 2 years in a similar customer service role using SAP
  • Polished & professional phone manner
  • Highly organised

Process Workers and Machine Operators

Labourpower is currently seeking process workers and machine operators to work for our client located in Brendale. These roles will vary between being ongoing and on call roles. The roles will be starting immediately.

You must have full working rights to work in Australia, you must also be available to work 5 days per week up to 38hrs.

To be successful for this role you will need;

  • You must be available to work on call
  • Available to work rotating roster if required
  • Experience as a packer or experience working in a fast paced physical environment
  • High level accuracy and attention to detail
  • Teamwork skills as well as ability to work autonomously
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Own car and licence
  • Good communication skills
  • Physically fit
  • Forklift licence an advantage, but not necessary
  • Be available to start immediately

Your duties will include but will not be limited to;

  • Filling and sealing finished products
  • Packing finished products accurately into boxes
  • Be able to do general production paperwork and quality checks
  • Be responsible for quality
  • General housekeeping duties
  • Monitoring manufacturing machines to ensure they are running smoothly and reporting any faults
