The Role:
This is a safety-focussed position requiring a responsible operator who can follow instructions, work autonomously, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Controlling intake (managing Truck flow for Tipping)
- Pushing up materials for stockpile
- Loading Materials into Open-topped Semi-trailers
- Completing dockets and paperwork
- General Housekeeping
- Communicating respectfully with other drivers and site visitors
It is expected that you will also participate in site upkeep and maintenance. Keeping the facility clean and tidy and organised is also part of the requirement.
To be successful for this role you must be/have
- Available 5 days a week and occasional weekends
- Genuinely interested in long term permanent opportunity
- Have minimum 2 years Loader operator experience
- Previous experience within the recycling and waste industry
- Great work ethic
- Be fit and healthy
- Willing to undertake drug and alcohol screening.
- Willing to undertake Criminal History Check

We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Service Technician to join our Engineered Services team. This is a permanent ongoing role based in Sydney, with regular travel to customer sites across the Greater Sydney region and occasional travel to the Central Coast.
What you’ll be doing
- Unload, stage and install cooling towers on customer sites in accordance with specifications and Australian standards.
- Commission, test and hand over equipment, completing all Inspection & Test Plans in real time.
- Perform scheduled servicing, inspections, fault diagnosis and repairs on customer sites.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers while representing the company professionally.
- Support workshop assembly, fabrication and testing at our Central Coast facility when required.
- Maintain accurate service reports, documentation and monthly reporting.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Machine Fitter / Mechanical Fitter to join a skilled maintenance team within a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance of fixed plant and mechanical equipment, ensuring plant reliability, safety, and uptime.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance on mechanical plant and machinery
- Mechanical fault finding and repairs
- Maintenance of conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Safe isolation of equipment using Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) procedures
- Working in accordance with WHS policies and site procedures

Essential Requirements

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working onsite keeping high-speed production lines running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy fault finding, preventive maintenance, and working with real industrial machinery, this could be a great opportunity.

- Excellent communication skills
- A sheet metal trade qualification or similar Trade Qualification or relevant experience in similar role
- A drivers license and working rights in Australia
