Sales Coordinator

  • Primarily an internal sales role
  • $40.56 per hour inclusive of casual loading
  • Temp to perm opportunity
  • Must have previous experience in Business to Business sales
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm

The Sales Coordinator provides general information, support, and performs industry specific tasks to support Salespeople in their efforts to achieve our sales targets and additional operational support to management to achieve our business goals. This role requires building a proficient product knowledge and understanding of client needs to assist in the effective and efficient execution of the end-to-end sales process and support the business in achieving strategic goals.

With a solid history in B2B Sales you will:

  • Assist the team with quoting, sales handovers, and client management in order to achieve the team’s Sales Target. This includes:
    • Inputting quotes onto bespoke Data Base System
    • Assisting with open Tenders
    • Assisting with new contract opportunities
    • Completing Handovers for review by Salespeople and by operations
  • Communicate with clients as required to help progress quotes and orders.
  • At times, assist in the creation and adaptation of marketing materials to provide salespeople with adequate resources to convert sales, including but limited to brochures, flyers, pitch decks, etc.
  • Provide reliable information and support to salespeople, operations department, and management to make informed decisions.
  • Build an end to end understanding of product throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Proactively support staff members to understand and improve systems/procedures that translate to higher quality service delivery.
  • Complete relevant CRM requirements and ensure data is accurate.
  • Ensure all systems, protocols and procedures are adhered to
  • Assist management with business infrastructure projects that enable to the business to perform better and grow.
  • Occasional ad hock tasks including data cleaning, migration, and entry.
  • Assist with marketing material from time to time.
  • Supplier communication in accordance with of Supplier Policy, order processing, and
  • occasional interaction with the client from order requests to delivery coordination
  • Customer on Client retention

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Results-driven and organized
  • Ability to balance competing priorities
  • Technological proficiency
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign/Photoshop
  • Background in commercial furniture or B2B sales; alternatively, background in retail or hospitality
  • Relevant educational qualifications and licenses or experience in a relevant trade

Senior Sales Representative

  • $90,000 per year plus super
  • West Gosford Location

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Rep to support the daily operational needs of a large trailer manufacturer. The ideal candidate with have at least 3 years experience in sales, primarily in the automotive or machinery manufacturing, and demonstrate an ability to form strong, long lasting relationships with external stakeholders. Join a leader in trailer manufacturing and contribute to an essential business

The business involves:

  • the manufacture and sale of the client’s range of plant, tipper, car and box trailers;
  • the importation and distribution of Brian James Trailers, a premium UK brand used extensively to transport small earth moving and construction equipment; and
  • the importation and distribution of Riviera Horse Floats, a premium range of horse transport products.

The successful candidate will need to effectively apply their skill set and demonstrate a firm understanding of sales techniques, lead management and organic growth.

Primary Roles and Responsibility

  • Responding to enquiries from Facebook, telephone, website, email and walk-in traffic;
  • extensive interaction with customers, both on-site and at occasional off-site events such as trade shows and field days;
  • Liaison with the workshop team to ensure products are assembled in a timely fashion and ready for handover to customers as ordered;
  • Affixing licence plates and VIN plates to completed products, and performing the final quality check;
  • Invoicing, taking payments, licensing and other paperwork to complete sales;
  • Handing over sold products to customers;
  • General marketing and advertising functions, particularly on social media; and
  • Some administrative functions such as maintaining sales materials.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

  • People skills are a must, and a background in sales or marketing in the automotive, machinery, or horse industries would be highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of vehicle licensing in NSW would also be very beneficial.
  • Experience in a similar sales role would be valuable but is not essential.
  • Be personable, organised and professional;
  • Be an independent self starter;
  • Have a proven track record in sales and customer service;
  • Have mechanical aptitude;
  • Be social media savvy;
  • Hold a current drivers licence; and experience operating a forklift
  • Ideally have experience using sales or inventory management software.
