FOOD MANUFACTURING TEST BAKER

CASUAL POSITION – A FEW DAYS A WEEK WITH FLEXIBILITY

• Location: TENNYSON QLD
• Position: TEST BAKER

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily QC testing and evaluate product conformity
• Record and assess test results efficiently, isolating non-conforming products
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment
• Participate in site food safety training
• Multi-skill across baking/test tasks as required

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in bakery/pastry or 6-12 months in food manufacturing or in-store bakery
• Basic food science knowledge advantageous
• Good time management and ability to multi-task
• Intermediate computer skills (Excel & Word)

About You

• Previous experience as a baker or test baker
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to follow standardized testing procedures
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or laboratory-style bakery environment
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
