Crown High Reach Forklift Operator – Cold Storage

What You’ll Do

• Operate high-reach & double-deep forklifts at elevated rack heights
• Store, pull, and stage frozen & refrigerated products
• Scan and track inventory using RF scanners
• Inspect pallets, racking, and product for quality and safety
• Perform daily equipment checks and report issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, OSHA-compliant work area
• Work in cold storage environments
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals

What You Bring

• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 1-2 years High-reach experience, including double-deep racking
• Cold storage or freezer experience preferred
• Comfortable working at heights and in cold conditions
• Basic computer or RF scanning skills

Physical & Skills Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for full shifts
• Strong depth perception and hand-eye coordination
• Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

• Temperature-controlled cold storage facility
• Exposure to cold, noise, and moving equipment
• Cold-weather personal protective equipment provided
