Our client who is a Precast concrete Manufacturer located throughout Australia. Having recently won a contract, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/ Project Manager manage a small team and the project which is based in Wingfield, South Australia. This project is scheduled to run for 2 years, commencing in July 2026.

The Role:

  • Day to day management of the operation and project
  • Managing a team of up to 6 labourers
  • Ensure production deadlines are met
  • Ordering materials and liaising with material & product providers to ensure time lines are met
  • Ensuring a high level of work output
  • Ensuring a high level of quality of products
  • Ensuring your team are working in a safe manner and adhering to site safety rules and standards
  • Liaising with management, data management, reporting back to the Directors

Essential Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of workplace hazards, risk management, and safety procedures.
  • Construction Industry White Card.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
  • Current National Police Clearance.
  • A qualification in either Project Management, Construction Management or concrete Manufacturing Management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote site environment.

This contact will go for a minimum of 2 years with the potential to be extended if successful with additional tenders.

Import and Export Officer

  • $36.16 per hour inclusive of casual loading
  • Monday to Friday 7.00am-3.30pm

We are currently seeking an experienced Import and Export Administrator with excellent organisational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to positively work as part of collaborative team and roll with the punches, be flexible to handle anything that might come their way and display resilience during busy periods.

Objectives of this Role

  • Punctual – can maintain timely arrival and able to be flexible with start and finish times
  • Can speak and understand English well/ bilingual is fine.
  • Has basic computer skills.
  • Customer service skills ( ie can answer phones, talk with drivers ) .
  • Can use excel sheets.
  • Data entry – Maintaining boarder force form sheets using gate pass, able to update reports ( ie AQIS, Fumigation ) .
  • Manifesting – Checking Import manifests for FAK unpacks through system using manifest summary from the customer.
  • Out turning Unpacked containers through CFS and send through to the relevant customer.
  • Serve drivers – process paperwork and issue drivers correct freight/ receive export goods and issue labels and docs.
  • Can complete directives when requested.
  • Time management.
  • Learning Exports and Import Coordination to cover leave.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Good positive can-do attitude
  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience within Import or Export support
  • Must be able to complete Bio Security checks successfully
  • Have a Fork license and the ability to use an EPJ for down time in the office would be beneficial.

  • 5+ years in managing a large warehouse operations
