About the Role:
Day Shift: 6am – 2pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the site Quality & Food Safety Management System (QMS / FSMS)
- Drive compliance with certification standards, internal policies.
- Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
- Monitor quality performance through data analysis, metrics, and reporting
- Prepare and present quality compliance reports to site leadership and customers
- Investigate non-conformances and lead corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)
- Identify improvement opportunities to reduce customer complaints, waste, and plant costs
- Provide guidance and support to a team of 3 Quality Control personnel across a 24/7 operation
- Partner with production and operations teams to embed quality standards
About You:
- Proven experience in a Quality Officer, Quality Coordinator or QA role within manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems
- Experience with audits, certifications, and compliance reporting
- Strong analytical skills with experience using quality KPIs and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
