Labourpower is currently seeking an experience PRODUCTION CLERK to work in a Food Manufacturing plant in Kingsgrove. This role is a critical support position within the production team. This position is ongoing and available for an immediate start.

To be successful for this role you will need:
- Mandatory experience ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Previous experience as a Production Clerk or in a manufacturing administration role
- Experience in food manufacturing or mill environments (highly regarded)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and basic mathematical ability
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMPs)
- Have FULL WORKING RIGHTS and AVAILABILITY
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Preparing and maintaining production schedules
- Managing inventory levels and reconciling stock within D365
- Processing purchase orders and production documentation
- Completing production, sanitation, and quality records accurately
- Liaising with procurement, quality assurance, logistics and production teams
- Supporting quality checks and ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Identifying and assisting in resolving production issues
- General administrative and production support duties as required
