What You’ll Do
- Operate high-reach & double-deep forklifts at elevated rack heights
- Store, pull, and stage frozen & refrigerated products
- Scan and track inventory using RF scanners
- Inspect pallets, racking, and product for quality and safety
- Perform daily equipment checks and report issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, OSHA-compliant work area
- Work in cold storage environments
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals
What You Bring
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 1-2 years High-reach experience, including double-deep racking
- Cold storage or freezer experience preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and in cold conditions
- Basic computer or RF scanning skills
Physical & Skills Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for full shifts
- Strong depth perception and hand-eye coordination
- Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
- Temperature-controlled cold storage facility
- Exposure to cold, noise, and moving equipment
- Cold-weather personal protective equipment provided
