We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to assist with the daily operational needs of our client.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in data entry and administration and be able to demonstrate success as a problem solver and strong communicator while displaying strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Uphold and lead by the organisational Mission statement, company objectives and promote this to all staff under your supervision
- Inventory control, stock takes, cycle counting
- Credit / Returns processing incl working with customer service teams
- General Administration tasks
- Ensure company systems are updated and kept with accuracy
- Enter in high amount of data and codes for orders and purchases
- Daily scanning, filing, and archiving of relevant documents
- Provide support to any document requests internally and externally
- Respond and assist with any queries relating to responsibilities
- Provide support to reporting manager
Skills and Competencies:
- at least 1-2 years experience in Administration within FMCG industry highly desirable
- High attention to detail and high level accuracy
- Ability to build effective relationships, internally and externally
- Excellent organisational skills and effective communication skills
- Highly skilled in Excel and database systems

Featured Role – Permanent Maintenance Supervisor / Hands-On Fitter | Yatala
We are seeking a hands-on Fitter with supervisory experience for a permanent position in Yatala.
- Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification (or formally recognised overseas equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supervising a small team (previous Leading Hand or supervisory experience highly regarded)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capability
- Experience with SAP or similar systems advantageous
- Safety-focused with a proactive approach
- Connect/Disconnect Licence preferred but not essential
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-2:30pm | Friday 6:00am-12:00pm
- Base rate $50-$60 per hour + $2.50 Team Leader Allowance
- Approx. $104,000-$124,000 base + super (38-hour week)
- Overtime, call-back penalties and quarterly bonus scheme available
- Total earnings potential typically $110,000-$130,000+ per annum + super

- Hands-on experience with blow moulding or injection moulding machines
- Die setting, mould changes, process adjustments and troubleshooting
