- $37.13 per hour casual rate
- Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with call centre or outbound call experience to join a large FMCG for 3-6 months. This is a project for a product recall, so it’s not sales, just following up on a database and updating information. This is a great opportunity for a CSO who is looking to be part of a professional team. This role is to start ASAP.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:
- Previous experience in a call centre environment, with the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism
- Support and collaboration to the greater Customer Service Team
- Service outbound calls to customers, providing timely support and effective resolution of inquiries and issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- To co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 1-2 years in a similar customer service role
- Polished & professional phone manner
- Clear & concise communication
- Highly organised
- Strong data entry skills

About the role: The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, loading, and unloading of chilled and frozen products while maintaining cold chain integrity and adhering to workplace safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks in accordance with site procedures.
- Put away, replenish, and retrieve stock from racking locations.
- Move palletised goods within chilled and frozen warehouse environments.
- Conduct RF scanning and inventory transactions accurately.
- Complete pre-start forklift inspections and report equipment faults.
- Ensure products are handled in accordance with temperature-control requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Follow all WHS, food safety, and company compliance requirements.
- Assist with stocktakes and general warehouse duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Current LF Forklift Licence.
- Previous experience operating high-reach forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Experience working in cold storage, refrigerated, or food manufacturing environments is highly regarded.
- Ability to work in chilled and frozen conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments, including chilled (0-4°C) and frozen (-18°C to -24°C) areas.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working at heights when operating high-reach forklifts.

Pay Rate: Morning Shift 4am starts $37p/h
Shift times: Morning shift role – 4am/5am/6am starts

About the role:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our recycling facility in Smithfield. As a team member, you will start by learning all aspects of the role, including waste sorting, machine operating, and machine troubleshooting. No prior experience is required, but you must be comfortable working in a dirty, fast-paced environment. This role offers a clear path to grow into a team leader position, overseeing the dayshift team. While experience in similar fields like warehousing, labouring, or people management is a plus, it’s not essential. We’re looking for someone committed to building a long-term career with a large national company, not just a job.
To be successful:
- Must be available Monday – Friday, 38hrs minimum
- Must be physically fit and able to lift between 5kg – 25kg repetitively
- Must be prepared to stand for 6 – 8 hours at a time
- Must be comfortable working in hot, wet, and dusty environments
- Must be able to sort through recycling waste (e.g., paper, plastics, aluminium)
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for occasional overtime and weekend work
- Must be able to start ASAP
- Must have reliable transport (limited public transport to site)
- Must be willing to undergo and PASS a drug and alcohol test at our Labourpower Prestons office
- No experience required – Training will be provided
