Core Responsibilities:
- Rates (upkeep and maintenance, new rates, follow up through Commercial)
- High Level Billing / invoicing
- Account invoicing queries
- Weekly / FN invoicing meetings address aged debtors or invoicing alignment issues.
- Ancillary updates, client communications, approval, and acceptance
- Collation of information/ data and putting the Customer Presentation Packs together for (QBR’s Monthly, weekly)
- In Support CRM’s, KAM’s, States with queries, set up of new job and rate profiles through systems. Review new invoicing requirements
- Assigned account management (Debtor query management work with finance to reduce debtor queries , improve cash flow. Track revenue fluctuations.
- New reporting for customers
- CPI ownership to update, distribute com’s seek acceptance confirmation.
- Detention shipping line review (inquiries through commercial / Finance)
- Complete revenue analyses against billing transactions, review operational account structure.
- Master Data mailbox support daily / KPI Revenue targets.
- System API Machine learning (connect) analysis and exception management
- System / business improvements GAP analysis review
Desired Experience (but not essential):
- Computer literate
- Ms Office proficient (Advanced excel)
