Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery

Conduct quality checks to meet production standards

Work in compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP requirements

Troubleshoot basic machine issues and minimise downtime

Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance

Follow all safety procedures and site policies
What We’re Looking For:

Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment (essential)

Experience in food-grade, FMCG, or regulated manufacturing environments (highly regarded)

Blow moulding experience (preferred, not essential)

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

What you’ll be doing:
- Working on a manufacturing line producing filters
- Packing and inspecting products (full training provided)
- Following safety and quality procedures
- No forklift licence required
Shift Details
1:00am – 5:00am | Monday to Thursday
Overtime may be available
Hours expected to increase to 6-hour, then 8-hour shifts soon
Work Environment
Very clean, modern, and safe manufacturing site
Supportive team and on-the-job training provided
PPE & Safety Requirements
- Steel-cap boots & high-vis shirt required
- High-vis must be worn immediately upon exiting your car
- PA/PR face masks required at certain times
- Provided onsite (approx. 3 days per month)
Additional PPE supplied onsite:
- Dust coats
- Ear protection
- Safety glasses

Blacktown – Main Road
Easily accessible by car or public transport
